Go to properties and check your processor architecture. If it says x64, you will need the 64 bit driver, if it says x86, you will need the 32 bit driver. I'm having the same problem. I made sure it was the right processor version for my computer from Yamaha, rebooted everything, but still Windows 10 has no recognition of the keyboard connecting.
It recognizes something has been connected, but nothing further happens. It's typical of the computer industry to blame other software or hardware. Last stop, if the haven't grounded the person in the ground with red herrings so they just give up, then they look at their own software. Follow the On Screen instructions. Sorry this didn't help.
