This is most definitely not supported by Microsoft, and I can't say it is best practice. However, you launch the program, double click the little icon in the task bar, and you will be able to click any greyed out button. You may have to click several times for it to un-grey. It worked for me.
Don't even bother trying it in Win7 as it won't work and will likely cause major breakage. In addition some users are given "A Temp" profile in Users folder instead of their actual login user names?? I have set everyone and users access accordingly.
So what on earth am I doing wrong? How did you guys if any managed to get this working?
