That was exactly what I required to change! Thank you, Akhil! That definitely helped! I now have mine working beautifully, although I'm waiting for my IT staff to help me get the "Retrieve forms variables" activity working the Connection Profile isn't set up right.

I tested using an existing form to pull field info out of and pop into the newly created pdf form that will be sent out to the applicant after the process is finished. Thanks again!!
