Overview The Housing Choice Voucher HCV homeownership program allows families that are assisted under the HCV program to use their voucher to buy a home and receive monthly assistance in meeting homeownership expenses.

HCV homeownership regulations are found in Sections Therefore, if an individual with a disability requires an accommodation such as a modification to a DCA policy, DCA will continue to provide such accommodation unless doing so would result in a fundamental alteration in the nature of the program or undue financial and administrative burden.
